Booking Terms

Last updated: 27 September 2026

These terms apply to appointments with Natural Reflection Skin Care Limited (company number 16746656), trading as Natural Reflection Skin Care Clinic. Please read them before you request a booking. They do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. Booking requests

  • A request sent through the booking form on this website, by email or by phone is not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed only when we reply to confirm the date, time and price.
  • Prices are confirmed before any treatment begins, usually at or before your consultation. You will never be charged for a treatment you have not agreed to.
  • If we take a deposit, we will tell you the amount and how it is handled before you pay.

2. Eligibility and consultation

  • You must be aged 18 or over for advanced and injectable treatments. We may ask for photo ID. Under the Botulinum Toxins and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021, these treatments cannot be given to anyone under 18, even with parental consent.
  • You must give full and accurate information about your health, medications and allergies, and tell us about any changes before each appointment.
  • We may refuse or postpone a treatment if, in our professional judgement, it is not suitable or safe for you. If we do, we will refund anything you have paid for that treatment.

Treatments that need a specialist consultation

These treatments always start with a separate face-to-face consultation:

  • Advanced Skin: Polynucleotides – Eye Area, Mesotherapy – Face, Skin Booster, Lip Filler and Smile Line Filler
  • Consultations: Hair Loss Treatment, Fat Dissolving Consultation, Lines & Wrinkles Consultation and Vitamin Wellness Consultation

At the consultation we will:

  • review your medical history and check that the treatment is suitable and safe for you
  • explain the treatment, the realistic results, possible side effects and risks, any alternatives (including no treatment), and the full price
  • give you written aftercare information and ask you to sign a consent form
  • carry out a patch test where one is needed

When you book one of these treatments, we book your consultation first. We will not treat you on the same day if we or the prescriber think you need more time to decide. Where a prescription-only medicine may be suitable, a qualified independent prescriber must assess you face to face before any prescription is issued. The decision to prescribe is theirs alone.

How we handle your health information is explained in section 3 of our Privacy Notice.

3. Your right to cancel

If you book at a distance, for example through this website, by email or by phone, you normally have 14 days from the day we confirm your booking to cancel without giving a reason. You will receive a full refund of anything paid.

If you ask us to provide a treatment within those 14 days and it has been fully carried out, you can no longer cancel it. If you cancel after a service has partly started, we may charge a proportionate amount for what has already been provided.

4. Changing or cancelling your appointment

  • Please give us as much notice as possible, ideally at least 48 hours, if you need to change or cancel your appointment. That way we can offer the time to another client.
  • If we have to cancel or rearrange, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a new time or a full refund of anything you have paid.

5. Results and aftercare

  • Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. We will explain the expected outcome, risks and possible side effects at your consultation.
  • Please follow the aftercare advice you are given, and contact us straight away if you have any concerns after treatment.

6. Our responsibilities

We will carry out services with reasonable care and skill, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires. If something is not right, please tell us and we will put it right where we can. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

7. Complaints

If you are not happy with any part of our service, please email us at andreeaelenabejenar@gmail.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
